1. Who we are
WANG QIAN operates AI NAV tools and is responsible for the personal information processed by this service as described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact service@ainav.tools.
2. Information we collect
We process account details such as email, display name, profile image, and sign-in records; submitted website names and URLs; listing drafts and edits; reviews and feedback; and order identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and checkout email. Hosting and security systems may also process IP addresses, browser details, and request logs.
3. Why we use information
We use this information to provide the directory and listing service, verify sign-in and purchase ownership, process orders, send transactional messages, moderate content, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate security and operational interests, legal obligations, or consent.
4. Payments
Payment providers collect payment-method and billing information on their checkout pages under their own privacy policies. We receive the information needed to verify and manage the order, including checkout email and payment status. Our application does not collect or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Waffo processes payments.
5. Website collection and AI
For submitted tools, we may collect public website text, metadata, icons, and screenshots and use Firecrawl and AI services such as DeepSeek to help prepare structured listing content. Public source content needed for preparation may be shared with these providers. Do not submit confidential information or content you are not authorized to share.
6. Sharing and public information
Approved listings and reviews are public, including the display name attached to a review. Account email and private drafts are not published as part of a review. We use service providers for hosting, database and file storage, authentication, transactional email, payment, and content preparation. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud and security incidents.
7. Cookies and storage
We use cookies and browser storage to maintain login sessions, protect authentication, and remember interface preferences. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or account features from working. You can clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
8. Retention, security, and international processing
Information is stored in our databases, file storage, and service-provider systems for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Deletion may take additional time in backups; legally required transaction records may be retained. Access controls and security measures help protect information, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
9. Your choices and rights
You can update account and listing information through your workspace. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email service@ainav.tools or use Help & feedback; we may verify your identity before acting. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to data portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaints to a data-protection authority. Deleting an account does not automatically refund an order.
10. Children and policy changes
Our paid submission service is intended for adults or authorized business representatives. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us through Help & feedback. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
