1. Our service
This service is operated by WANG QIAN under the AI NAV tools brand. AI NAV tools is a directory for discovering AI websites and tools. We do not provide an image-generation service or sell generation credits. Image Generation and similar categories describe third-party tools; their features are used on the providers’ websites. Our paid listing service prepares a dedicated tool page and relevant category placement. You can request listing updates without a separate editing fee. Publication and updates are subject to editorial review.
2. Pricing and payment
Standard Listing costs US$19.90 including tax, paid once. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. Review the amount and currency at checkout before paying. Waffo handles payments. Buying a listing does not buy access to the listed third-party tool.
3. Submission and delivery
Submit your tool name and website URL. After payment is confirmed, we save a private draft. Website collection and AI-assisted preparation may help create the listing; you remain responsible for checking the information you submit or approve. We do not promise an instant publication time, traffic, sales, search ranking, or endorsement by any listed provider.
4. Accounts and ownership
Use an email address you control at checkout. Verify that email to associate your purchase with your account and manage your listing. Keep sign-in links private. You must be authorized to submit the website and its content; payment alone does not prove ownership of a website.
5. Cancellation and refund requests
If we cannot list your submitted tool, we will refund the listing fee. For refund assistance, email service@ainav.tools with your order number and checkout email. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription to cancel. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Content and acceptable use
You retain rights in your content and grant us permission to collect the submitted public website, prepare and display its listing, screenshot, and branding for directory purposes. Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, fake reviews, or malicious links. We may reject or remove content and restrict accounts for abuse or security reasons.
7. Content standards and prohibited categories
These standards apply to tool submissions, names, descriptions, logos, screenshots, links, reviews, and edits, whether written by a person or prepared with AI. Do not submit, publish, or promote: (1) pornography, sexually explicit or NSFW sexual content; (2) graphic violence, gore, threats, or encouragement of violence; (3) hate speech or content inciting discrimination or violence against protected groups; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, or child exploitation, including synthetic depictions; (5) deceptive deepfakes, malicious impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery; or (6) content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights. We also prohibit scams, fabricated reviews, malware, and unlawful content. Listings principally promoting these prohibited uses are not eligible for inclusion. A general-purpose tool's category does not authorize prohibited content on AINav.
8. Report content
Anyone may report a listing, review, image, or link by emailing service@ainav.tools with the subject Content report. No account or purchase is required. Include the AINav page URL, the specific content concerned, the reason, and relevant non-sensitive evidence. For intellectual-property reports, identify the original work or trademark and your relationship to the rights holder. Do not send illegal images, CSAM, passwords, or unnecessary personal information; provide the location and a description instead. Signed-in users may also use Help & feedback. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
Report content by email9. Review, enforcement, and appeals
We review submitted listings, listing changes, and reviews before publication. AI-assisted preparation does not replace editorial review. On receiving a report, we assess the identified content and available evidence and may request clarification from the reporter or submitter. Suspected child exploitation, threats, and other serious safety issues are prioritized; we may hide content while reviewing it. Depending on the findings, we may require corrections, reject a submission, remove a review or image, delist a tool, or restrict or suspend an account for serious or repeated abuse. Where required by law, we may preserve relevant records or refer a matter to competent authorities. We cannot remove material from third-party websites, but can remove its listing or link on AINav. To appeal, email service@ainav.tools with the affected URL, any decision reference, your reasons, and supporting information; we will review the decision in light of that information. Reporting and appeals do not guarantee a particular outcome or a fixed response time. Payment does not exempt content from these rules; refund requests remain governed by the refund section above.
10. Third-party services and limitations
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Prices, availability, and AI-generated descriptions may change or contain errors. Verify important details with the provider. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services or indirect losses; this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these terms and will show the revised date here. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not remove your mandatory rights. For service questions, email service@ainav.tools or use Help & feedback in your workspace.
