Each plan includes storage for Assets through Managed Intelligence and a separate monthly allowance for Workloads. Using less storage does not increase the Workload allowance.
It includes storage for video, audio, images, and documents, plus HLS playback, thumbnails, transcription, technical metadata, indexing, and Jockey Search.
Analyze, Segment, Embed, Marengo Search, and Jockey Responses count toward the Workload allowance, each priced at its applicable usage rate.
Without overage, new Workload requests and uploads are blocked when allowances are exhausted. Free and Plus do not support overage; Pro can enable it in the Dashboard.
